The hotel is located in a wonderful area in the city center, surrounded by many restaurants to choose from. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a fridge and a safe for convenience. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests.

The bathroom can be a bit disappointing, with a shower screen that doesn't fit tightly and causes the floor to flood.

The location of the hotel is ideal as it is within walking distance of almost everything. the breakfast area is conveniently close to a restaurant called Vovageur Nissart, which offers reasonably priced food. The hotel is also just a short walk away from the famous promenade, making it easy to enjoy the beach and explore the old town. the hotel offers a convenient and accessible location for guests.

Some guests mentioned that the reception staff did not greet people coming in and leaving, which gave the hotel a less welcoming atmosphere.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the city center with plenty of restaurants to choose from. It was also situated in a quiet area, so we got a peaceful night's sleep. The staff at the front reception desk were so friendly and always ready to help with any request. They even gave us a welcome drink upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The room itself was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. The housekeeping staff did a great job keeping the room clean and tidy throughout our stay.
